I engaged WSC for a relatively large (residential stormwater management) job, which needed to be completed within a strict time frame. From the start, the girls in the office were super helpful and efficient in organising site visits etc, and communication was excellent throughout the project. Oliver and Jonte managed to do an incredible amount of work in a very short time, and the completed job looks great. I would not hesitate to recommend these guys and will definitely use them again in future myself.

We had a major leak at our property and WSG Group were fantastic from start to finish. They organised leak detection, located and isolated the leak quickly, and kept us well informed throughout the whole process. Communication was excellent, the quote was clear and reasonable, and they were very flexible with arranging the work around us. Everyone we dealt with was friendly, professional and helpful, which made a stressful situation so much easier. The repair involved digging underground to access the leak, and they did a great job restoring the area afterwards. They left the site clean and tidy and repaired the section they had to remove, which we really appreciated. We’re extremely happy with the service and workmanship and would definitely recommend WSG Group to anyone needing a reliable plumber. Thanks again!

Shout out to the professionalism of WSG's Jake Duncan and his team redesigning and repairing a roof that was built below Australian standards by a local Central Coast builder. This caused us a lot of heartache but now there is peace of mind. Highly recommend.

Jail was excellent in finding the issue with one of my cctv cameras. Fixed quickly and he also installed my replacement ceiling fan in the bedroom. No mess left behind either. I would highly recommend this mob.

We had a dishwasher replacement which turned out to be not so straight forward as we thought. Due to the fact that the replacement dishwasher was a different brand to the one being replaced & therefore slightly different dimensions. Our dishwasher has a cupboard door front to match the kitchen cupboards & it proved to be quite challenging to fit. We want to thank the young man who was given the challenge do this job, his name is Jonty & he was a joy to have in our home. He is polite, friendly,engaging & thorough with his work, he’s the type of young man that we felt safe with & to us that’s an important characteristic. We’d also like to thank Dean who came out this morning to check that we were happy with the job & that it was installed to perfection & also to run us through the mechanics of our new dishwasher . He was also very affable, thorough & someone that we were happy to have in our home. We are elderly & these attributes are rare these days sadly.
